Because I have Elena as my personal trainer , she recommended me to have the fat freezing on my stubborn areas of fat (lower stomach and love handles) , to help me on my weight loose journey and honestly it was the best thing I have done . I noticed a big difference just after one week and lost 4 inches of my lower stomach !
Elena was very professional and spoke through every step that she was doing during the treatment and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable.
Would definitely advise and recommend anyone to have this treatment particularly with Elena!Ive had 3 fat freezing sessions with elena shes been great , very professional and i have achieved amazing results thank you very much elena
